WeatherGrip Adhesive
GluDown® WeatherGrip Adhesive is a one-part, moisture cure that can be used in both wet and dry conditions to adhere a variety of materials. The high strength bond is flexible and can provide sealant properties. Its high initial green strength and non-slump formula is ideal for both vertical and horizontal applications. Cure time can be 24 hours or more, depending on the environment.

Application Temperature: 20°F and rising to 110°F
Colder temperatures will reduce product despising flow and cure time.
Service Temperature: -40°F and rising to 200°F
* Strength will start to develop immediately and continue for up to 7 days after application. Environmental conditions and materials bonded can impact product strength.

Application
- Cut off/pierce one end of package.
- Insert into dispensing gun with opening facing nozzle.
- Cut nozzle to desired bead size.
- Prepare both surfaces to be bonded by removing all debris, dirt, and dust.
- Dispense WeatherGrip onto material to be bonded.
- Compress materials together with heavy pressure.
- Clean up excess product with alcohol.
- Handling time ~24 hours*
- Full cure time 7 days*
*Strength will start to develop immediately and continue for up to 7 days after application. Environmental conditions and materials bonded can impact product strength.

Clean-up
- Use scraper or razor blade to remove adhesive.
- If necessary, use alcohol on a rag or GluDown Prep Stick to remove adhesive residue.

Storage
- Keep containers closed when not in use.
- Shelf Life: 12 months from packaging date.
- Rotate stock using oldest product first.

If the GluDown, Inc. product is proved to be defective, THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AT GLUDOWN, INC. OPTION, SHALL BE TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OF OR TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE GLUDOWN, INC. PRODUCT. GluDown, Inc. shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including, but not limited to, contract, negligence, warranty, or strict liability.
