Overview
Designed to meet the most vigorous and strict environmental standards. Our Construction Spray Adhesive is a high strength, fast drying, pressure sensitive adhesive used for bonding concrete, reveal, chamfers, plastics, metal, wood and other materials.
As a web spray adhesive with dense coverage throughout the spray pattern, this product offers long-term heat and water resistance. It is available in various packaging and nozzle configurations.

GluDown® Tilt Up Adhesive
Application
- Select the best Construction Adhesive packaging type
(Aerosol or Canister) for application. - With nozzle facing surface, spray at a distance of 8” – 10”
while constantly moving the applicator to prevent build up on
substrate. - For best bond strength, apply adhesive to both surfaces.
- Use minimal overlapping spray pattern on large surfaces.
- Before bonding surfaces, ensure that the adhesive is dry to
the touch. Approximately 1 – 3 minutes. - Temperature and humidity will affect open time.
- Once bonded, apply heavy, uniform pressure to materials
to maximize adhesive strength.

Clean-up
For best results, apply solvent cleaner to adhesive. Wait approximately 5 minutes and scrape or rub surface until adhesive is removed.

Storage
- Store product at 60-80°F for maximum storage life.
- Higher and lower temperatures can effect adhesives
performance. - Shelf Life: 1 year from manufacture date
- Rotate stock using old product first.

If the GluDown, Inc. product is proved to be defective, THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AT GLUDOWN, INC. OPTION, SHALL BE TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OF OR TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE GLUDOWN, INC. PRODUCT. GluDown, Inc. shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including, but not limited to, contract, negligence, warranty, or strict liability.
