GluDown® Adhesive Cleaner 517

Purge Application

  1.  Shake can well before use.
  2.  Turn off adhesive canister valve.
  3.  Point gun at dispensing container, pull gun trigger to release pressure.
  4.  Disconnect hose from canister, attach to cleaning adapter.
  5.  Thread can into adapter basket.
  6.  Ensure all fittings are secure and not leaking.
  7.  Point gun at dispensing container, pull trigger on gun.
  8.  Cleaner will flow through hose and gun, pushing build up out the nozzle. Purge system for 30-60 seconds as needed.
  9.  Disassemble by unthreading can from basket.
  10.  Point gun at dispensing container, pull gun trigger to release pressure.
  11.  Disconnect hose from can, reattach to canister.
  12.  Turn canister valve on, test spray pattern. Repeat steps if necessary.

Adhesive Cleaner Application

  1. Shake can well before use.
  2. Use dispensing straw to spray 512 directly onto the surface.
  3. Allow product to sit for at least a minute.
  4. Wipe area with cloth.
  5. If there is heavy buildup, use brush to help breakup adhesive. Repeat steps if necessary.

  • Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacture date
  • Rotate stock using oldest product first
